The founder of Betsy Coleman Realty Company, has been serving the Oak Ridge, Knox, Anderson and Roane county area since 1996. Tom Beehan
Joined Betsy Coleman Realty Co. as an affiliate broker in 2007. Tom retired as a Senior Agency Consultant from State Farm Insurance Company after 25 years with the company. A former insurance agent before he accepted a management role, Beehan believes his background is a benefit in his second career as a Realtor. The two term former Mayor of Oak Ridge with a decade on the city council has also served as the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and the Chairman of the Housing Development Corporation of the Clinch Valley. Tom is exceptionally experienced in both commercial and residential real estate.

Steve Reddick
Known for his friendly and dedicated client service, he specializes in residential sales and has recently added commercial clients to his portfolio. After a successful 35 year teaching career at Jefferson Middle School in Oak Ridge Steve continues to work in the community as teacher, tutor, adult educator and mentor. He also enjoys playing music with his band, The Missing Goats. He and his wife, Vickie, raised their two children in Oak Ridge and have lived in the city since 1990.
Heidi Osteen
A Chattanooga native, Heidi grew up watching her nephews in Oak Ridge and moved to join them in 2016. An avid outdoors person, Heidi is a member of ALTRUSA, member of the Oak Ridge Unitarian Universalist Church. Heidi specializes in residential real estate, and is particularly proud of the personal service that she gives each client, because she thinks of her client as family. She drives by the houses that she sells and is so happy to have brought her special clients to Oak Ridge. Heidi loves being an Oak Ridger and being part of the history of Oak Ridge. She shares the story of Oak Ridge with her clients so that they can see the special community that they are becoming a part of.

Mike Kelly
Is a native Oak Ridger, former state champ football player and current coach. He has spent 24 years working for Department of Energy contractors including 8 years at the Oak Ridge National Lab. Mike has hosted a popular weekly Bluegrass and Country Gospel radio show “Sunday Morning in the South” since 1998. He and his family are proud supporters of the Oak Ridge School System where his kids attend and wife teaches at Glenwood Elementary. Mike is an integral part of the community of Oak Ridge and enjoys using his inside knowledge and wholehearted enthusiasm to help find his clients a home that is right for them.
Emilee Smith
Grew up in the Chicago suburbs and decided to make Oak Ridge her home 28 years ago. Prior to her 18 real estate career, she spent 14 years working for Dept. of Energy subcontractors. Emilee has been very active in the community by serving as Vice-President and President of the Oak Ridge Neighborhood Watch Program. She also served as Vice-President of Celebrate Oak Ridge and Co-Chair of Secret City Festival. Emilee has incredible passion for helping shelter dogs and is active with Friends of Oak Ridge Animal Shelter (FORAS). She and her husband, Rick, have 3 adult children, 10 grandchildren. Emilee enjoys photography, network marketing, gardening, and DIY projects.
